Rebecca Croft primarily enjoys painting landscapes in oil as well as acrylics on paper. Her favorite subjects are rolling hills, trees, water, and skies. She especially likes to paint landscapes from places she has traveled. Her interests lay in the nature found around her. She continues to study painting under the direction of other local artists and teachers.
Her work has been exhibited in numerous locations around the Mid-Atlantic: Northern Virginia Arts Center, Cassatt’s Café and Art Gallery, the Arlington Free Clinic, and other venues sponsored by the Arlington Artist Alliance. She exhibits in Delaware at the Rehoboth Art League and Alexandria Virginia at the Art League of Alexandria.
Born an Army Brat, Rebecca has lived in many places in the world but makes her home in Arlington, Virginia with her husband and two children. She has traveled extensively and likes to paint from her photos as well as “Plein Air”.
Rebecca is a member of the Arlington Artist Alliance, The Art League of Alexandria, and the Rehoboth Art League.
